- No physical inventory, warehouse, or equipment is included, as the business operates through a dropshipping model.
- The buyer will be responsible for their own Shopify subscription, third-party app fees, supplier accounts, and ongoing operating expenses. Trendsi integration may require the buyer to establish or connect their own supplier account.
- Personal accounts, banking information, payment processing accounts, and any non-transferable third-party licenses or subscriptions are excluded.
