Cancellation and refunds

Draft policy for owner review. No refund rule has been approved.

• Listing fees are charged only after approval, when the seller chooses to pay.
• A refund applies to the specific service purchased. Refunding a featured placement does not cancel a separately purchased listing.
• Campaign quotes state their own cancellation terms and provider cutoffs. After dispatch a campaign cannot be recalled.
• Disputes and chargebacks are reconciled against Stripe records.
