Privacy

This is a draft privacy notice for owner and legal review. It is not a published policy.

What we store

• Account details you provide (email, display name).
• Listings, inquiries, document requests, and service orders you create.
• Saved listings. When you are signed out these stay in your browser only.
• Minimal usage events (for example, that a listing was viewed) without personal identifiers.

Marketing

Creating an account never subscribes you to marketing. Marketing email requires a separate, unchecked opt in. You can withdraw it at any time in account settings.

Payments

Payments for platform services are processed by Stripe. We do not store card numbers.

Confidential documents

Seller documents are stored privately. Access is granted per buyer and per document, expires, and can be revoked. Files already downloaded cannot be recalled.
