• BuyABoutique provides listing and promotion services. It is not a broker, escrow agent, lender, or party to any business sale.
• Listing fees, featured placement fees, and campaign fees are platform service charges. They are separate from any business asking price.
• Listings are reviewed before publication, but review is not verification of financial claims. Financial figures are seller reported unless a specific independent check is stated.
• A paid placement does not imply endorsement, verification, or a guaranteed sale.
• Service pricing, cancellation, and refund terms require explicit owner approval before live operation.
